Come enjoy the beauty of the farm to yourself

Please read all the info below before submitting a booking request!

We love hosting private groups who want the U-pick experience but more intimate and without the crowd. Spend time in our working flower farm, cutting our beautiful blooms and snapping photos with your friends! A loosely guided tour with a brief harvest and flower design instruction is provided if desired.

We provide the following and they’re included in your rental cost:

  • flowers ready to be harvested in the field, of course!

  • snips to borrow

  • take home cups for flowers

  • tables and chairs for arranging

  • picnic blankets for lounging in the pasture

Some things people have enjoyed bringing to the farm for private events (brought by you!) :

  • sunrise or sunset yoga/yoga instruction

  • meditation classes

  • floral design classes

  • church youth or women’s group events

  • live music entertainment

  • dinner or dessert at the farm (or any other food or drinks!)

These are all things you are welcome to bring on-site to enjoy with your flower harvesting and arranging experience.

Here are the cost and booking details:

Pricing:

  • Rental is a minimum of 2 hours, with an additional 30 minutes allowed for set up and an additional 30 minutes for clean-up.

  • Bookings for the farm itself start at $95 an hour (2 hour minimum) for up to 15 guests, and another $45 per hour for 15-30 guests with a maximum of 30 guests per event.

Capacity:

  • 30 cars is the max amount of parking we have available at the farm. If you’d like more than 30 guests, you can arrange for carpooling or arrange for parking just around the corner at the cemetery to increase your guest count.

Add-Ons:

  • You may add-on a u-pick bouquet for each guest for an additional $15 per person

  • S’mores experiences can be added on for $7 per person

  • Beck Farms specialty farm-made non-alcoholic lemonades and mixers are available for $5 per person

  • We have a preferred photographer you can opt to book as well for photos of your group and event if you’d like, starting at $300. Here is her photography page!

Other Details:

  • One Beck Farms staff member will be on site for the duration of your event. We are there to assist you with anything you need, help you set up and clean up. We will also handle any waste disposal

  • This is a working farm. There are horses, flies, dirt, uneven ground & bugs. You’ll want good shoes and you’ll maybe want some bug spray. We do not currently have any restroom facilities so please keep that in mind! This is a real farm experience!

  • Everyone attending must sign our waiver HERE

  • Bookings are nonrefundable, but are transferrable to another open date. However if there is inclement weather necessitating rescheduling or cancellation, it will be at the discretion of Beck Farms

  • Weekdays are typically more available than weekends for private event bookings

  • Influencer collabs are possible, please reach out

Pickers and guests must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. Beck Farms does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in the Invitation Only U Pick. In consideration for your participation in our U-Pick, the individual, group, organization, business, spectator, or other, does hereby release and forever discharge Beck Farms and its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in U Pick. This release extends and applies to, and also covers, and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated, and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss, and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist.  The provisions of any state, federal, local, or territorial law or state providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are known or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived. I hereby agree on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to indemnify Beck Farms and its officers, board, and employees, joint and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the U Pick. It is further understood and agreed that said participation in the U Pick is not to be construed as an admission of any liability and acceptance of assumption of responsibility by Beck Farms damages and expenses for which Beck Farms and its officers, board, and employees, become liable as a result of any alleged act of the farm participant. By arriving to the farm and picking you are stating that you (and anyone you bring with you), agree to all components of this disclaimer.
